"Since I came to State Farm for my insurance, every experience with working with them has been nothing but pleasant. Details of everything within the policy are clearly explained, and there are no grey areas that leave me having to ask for further explanation. Every interaction is met with a friendly person and I never feel hesitant to contact someone if I have a question. When I call about anything, if my call can't be taken right away, it's usually returned within five to ten minutes at most. Customer service is fast, friendly, and efficient.
