A wonderful agent named Valerie A. answered the phone, was happy to tell me about the background of the agents in their office and made immediate suggestions on how to save $. After signing with them, they did what they said they were going to do, within hours. Several months later, had a situation with the post office (!!!*%) this am and needed to prove our address in our new home. Valerie answered, took care of the problem in 10-15 minutes and emailed me what I needed. Valerie, thanks for the great customer service!"
